Healthy Eating Resources
Healthy Eating is an important part of good nutrition. Food insecure and low-income people are especially vulnerable to obesity and poor nutrition, due to the difficulties of poverty. The following resources can help these individuals improve their nutrition, by making healthy choices, stretching their budget and learning new healthy recipes!
Recipe Rainbow provides free, easy and healthy recipes, which use many of the items commonly provided from Food Pantries. You can search by the items you already have, and find recipes using those items.

Eat Together PA
Eat Together PA, is provided by the PA Nutrition Education Network. They provide information for families to eat more meals together as a family.
